1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI SSB, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our App or services.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age or have parental consent to use the App.

2. Service Description

AI SSB is an educational application designed to assist defense aspirants in preparing for SSB interviews through:

• AI-powered feedback on SSB psychology tests (TAT, WAT, SRT, SD, PPDT, Interview)
• Written exam preparation materials for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, etc.
• Daily current affairs and defense news updates
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Information about nearby SSB stay accommodations

Important: AI SSB is not officially associated with the Indian Armed Forces, UPSC, or any government selection board. Our services are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee selection.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

AI SSB offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Tier: Access to basic features including limited practice tests and daily current affairs
• Premium Tier: Full access to all features including unlimited AI feedback, detailed analytics, and advanced content

Subscription payments are processed securely. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes

Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AI SSB, including but not limited to:

• Software code, algorithms, and AI models
• Practice questions, test materials, and educational content
• Graphics, logos, designs, and interface elements
• Documentation and instructional materials

are owned by AI SSB and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

6. User Content

When you submit responses, practice answers, or other content ("User Content") through the App:

• You retain ownership of your User Content
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and process your User Content to provide and improve our services
• You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights
• You agree not to submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

We may remove any User Content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using AI SSB, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data to ensure the best possible experience.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee the recommendation of any candidate, as it largely depends on how sincerely the student prepares. We have provided you with the material and AI tools, but success ultimately depends on how well students follow the guidance and utilize these resources.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to check this page regularly to verify if the Terms & Conditions have changed. Your continued use of the App implies your agreement to the updated terms.

By continuing to access or use our App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
